It’s mostly because you’re logged in with your old or another account. Also, it is possible that you might have created a new account and logged in mistakenly.
First, please make sure you’ve logged in with your premium account, following the
Settings > Contact Info menu. If you’re seeing that you’re using the wrong account, go to Settings and click Log Out.
Once you successfully logged out, click the
“Already member? Sign in” button to log in to your premium account.
